Explanation: The small knobbly body at the end of each uterine horn is the ovary. It holds the egg-bearing follicles, sheds a ripe egg at heat, and afterwards forms the corpus luteum whose progesterone holds the pregnancy. The coiled tube beside it is the oviduct.
