In the diagram AC is 10 units and BA is parallel to CD. BA is the line y = 3x + 4. (a) Write down (i) the value of y at C, (ii) the equation of the line CD which is parallel to y = 3x + 4. (b) Find the coordinates of the point D where the line in part (a)(ii) crosses the x-axis.
